Based out of Wellington, Florida, Wembley Farm was founded in 1980 by Olympic medalist Norman Dello Joio and his wife, Jeanie. Now operated by Norman, Jeanie, their son, Nick, and their experienced team of staff, Wembley Farm is known for producing athletes and horses at the highest levels of the sport.
From the equitation ring to the Global Champions Tour, Wembley students have gone on to become winning Grand Prix riders and successful members of the equestrian community, competing throughout Europe, on Nation’s Cup teams, and World Cup Finals.
Today, Norman and his team offer a full service boarding and training program based out of a beautiful facility in Wellington, FL during the winter months, and facilities in Ridgefield, CT during the summer months. Wembley students compete in equitation, jumper and hunter divisions at A-rated horse shows on the East Coast as well as competitions in Europe and Canada. Our show schedule typically includes events such as the Winter Equestrian Festival, Old Salem, Devon, Spruce Meadows, Lake Placid, the Hampton Classic and the entire indoor circuit.
